Raw and unfiltered. Our hives sit at the edge of the wetland, and the bees forage far beyond it — the wildflowers, herbs and vine blossom of the marsh, then up the mountain slopes and into the forests above the valley. More than 250 plant species inside a Ramsar-listed reserve, in one jar.
