Delivery times count from the working day after your order is confirmed. The courier calls before arriving. During the holiday season, orders placed by 20 December are delivered before 24 December; later orders are delivered as quickly as the courier allows.
Receiving your order. Wine is delivered to adults only. The courier may ask the person receiving the order to show identification proving they are 18 or over. If nobody aged 18 or over is available, the courier will arrange a second attempt.
Gift orders. Gift orders are sent without prices on the delivery slip, with your message written on the card.
Problems with delivery. If an order has not arrived within the times above, contact us on WhatsApp at +961 76 629 333 or at info@ammiq.com and we will trace it with the courier.
