Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed through this website, which is operated by Nature Farms S.A.R.L (“AMMIQ”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to buy alcohol from this website or to receive a delivery containing alcohol. By placing an order you confirm that you, and anyone receiving the order on your behalf, are 18 or over. Our courier may ask for identification at delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include Lebanese VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We accept cash or card on delivery (in US dollars, or in Lebanese pounds at the day's rate) and Whish Money. Card payment at checkout will be added when available. Payment is due on delivery for cash-on-delivery orders; Whish Money orders are dispatched once payment is received.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a price or description was shown in error, where we cannot verify the age of the recipient, or where we cannot deliver to the address given; any payment already made is refunded in full.

Vintages and availability

Our wines are bottled in small quantities and the vintage on sale is shown on each product page. When a vintage runs out we may supply the next available vintage of the same wine; if you would rather not receive a different vintage, tell us when ordering or when we confirm the order.

Gift sets and cases

The contents of each gift set and case are listed on its product page. If a wine in a set is unavailable we will tell you and offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or a refund of the difference.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Faulty products, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Promotions and discounts

Automatic discounts and discount codes apply to the products and quantities stated and cannot be combined with each other unless we say so. Corporate pricing is quoted separately and applies to the quantities agreed in writing.

Tastings

Tasting bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp and paid at the shop or by Whish Money. Guests must be 18 or over.

Responsible drinking

Please enjoy our wines responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service or delivery to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or under 18.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Content and intellectual property

The AMMIQ name, labels, illustrations, photographs and text on this website belong to Nature Farms S.A.R.L or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
